Awful service. Walked in the store at 4:05 with my name being next on the list for service, and an hour later the gals are still chitchatting with their clients, and each other. I have never had a problem with this place in the past, but they have completely lost my business after today.

The very first thing I was going to do today was get a haircut. I checked in online at 9:10 am after making multiple attempts to make a reservation knowing the business opens at 9 am. ( this was the earliest the app was prepared to let you check in.) My wait was listed at 22 min and told me to arrive at the store at 9:33 am. I walked in at 9:32 am. There were 2 kids seated in the chairs getting haircuts with a third standing with their Mom close by. (Not on the waitlist). I was told that it would be about 25 min wait after telling them who I was and that I was first on the list. I was called back for my haircut at 10:10. The haircut was fine, nothing special. Cost $23 and I walked out at 10:24. Some improvements to the app and service need to happen. I've been going here for a while but can say now today what's my last haircut at this store. I won't return.
