My husband and I went in yesterday for his usual “monthly” haircut and beard trim. We always just do the MVP which costs us $28.....no big deal. We have been to SportsClips numerous of times....great atmosphere, they ladies there are super great, and we normally can’t complain about a bad haircut and/or beard trim......until yesterday! Esmerelda was his stylist yesterday, did an awful haircut job, barely cut anything off to remotely consider it a “beard trim”, then promptly decided to charge us extra for his beard trim....that beard trim that she barely touched?? Our bill was $41.....for a crappy haircut and a lack there of “beard trim”....what a F**king joke! The handful of times that we have been there, we have always asked as well before hand, and it’s been clarified EVERY TIME that there is not an extra fee for a beard trim! So tell me why there was yesterday....especially after that crap of a visit.

I have had my hair cut twice at this location, both times I received great service and found the staff to be friendly. Today after my hair cut yesterday I was told that I looked snappy and that I was glowing....now I should say I am a woman and these were genuine compliments! Thank you Missy
